開發者授予您個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、不可再授權的有限許可，僅供您在所擁有或控制並支援 iOS 系統的 Apple 裝置上下載、安裝與使用本 App，並受 Apple App Store 服務條款規範。
The developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use FieldDogWater on Apple-branded iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. 健康習慣與醫療免責聲明 (Health & Wellness Disclaimer) Health & Wellness Disclaimer
FieldDogWater 是一款以中華田園犬陪伴為主題的「日常飲水習慣養成與生活紀錄」工具。本 App 非醫療器材，不提供任何醫療診斷、醫療建議、治療或特定疾病管理。
⚠️ 重要提醒： App 內提供的目標飲水量估算公式與飲品補水係數僅供一般健康成年人參考。每個人實際所需之水分攝取量受體質、年齡、活動強度、環境氣候及個人病史影響。若您有特定健康考量或醫師指示之限制水分/補充水分需求，請務必諮詢合格醫療專業人員。
FieldDogWater is designed purely as an enjoyable daily hydration habit tracking and pet companion application. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical advice, treatment, or therapeutic fluid prescriptions.
⚠️ Important Medical Disclaimer: Hydration algorithms and beverage coefficients provided in the App are general wellness estimations for healthy adults. Fluid requirements differ according to age, exertion level, climate, and medical conditions. If you have medical restrictions or specific fluid intake guidelines, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. 應用程式內購買與訂閱條款 (In-App Purchases & Subscriptions) In-App Purchases & Subscription Terms
本 App 基礎功能免費提供使用。您可以選擇購買 FieldDog PRO 進階功能以解鎖更多小狗圖鑑、四季田野、特色飲品與進階統計編輯功能：

- 付款與計費： 確認購買時，費用將透過您的 Apple ID 帳號由 Apple 進行扣款。
- 自動續訂規則： 自動續訂訂閱項目會在當前計費週期結束前 24 小時內自動扣款續約，除非您在當前週期結束至少 24 小時前取消自動續訂。
- 管理與取消訂閱： 您可以隨時前往 iPhone「設定」> 點擊您的「Apple 帳號」>「訂閱項目」中管理或取消您的訂閱。取消後，您仍可使用 PRO 功能至當期計費結束。
- 恢復購買： 若您更換新裝置或重新安裝 App，可在付費牆或設定中點擊「恢復購買 (Restore Purchases)」即刻還原您的有效權益。
Core hydration tracking in FieldDogWater is free. You may optionally purchase FieldDog PRO to unlock additional companions, fields, custom beverages, and advanced editing features:

- Billing & Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime by going to your iOS Device Settings > [Your Apple Account] > Subscriptions.
- Restore Purchases: If you switch devices or reinstall the App, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen to restore previously active entitlements without being charged again.
4. 智慧財產權宣告 (Intellectual Property) Intellectual Property Rights
本 App 的所有原始程式碼、動態向量繪圖資產（包括小狗動態向量形狀、田野大地向量場景）、使用者介面設計、商標、圖示及文字內容，皆屬開發者合法所有，受著作權法與國際智慧財產權條約保護。未經事前書面授權，不得進行逆向工程、反編譯、擷取、複製或商業散布。
All proprietary source code, algorithmic vector art (including procedural puppy illustrations and countryside landscapes), visual interface designs, trademarks, icons, and written content within FieldDogWater are the exclusive property of the developer and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or commercially redistribute any assets without prior written consent.
5. 保證免責與責任限制 (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability) Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
本 App 係按「現狀 (AS IS)」及「可用性 (AS AVAILABLE)」基礎提供。在適用法律所允許之最大範圍內，開發者不對本 App 之不間斷運行、零錯誤或完全符合特定目的提供明示或暗示之擔保。對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所導致之任何間接、附隨、衍生性損害，開發者均不負擔法律賠償責任。
FieldDogWater is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
